Press Shots of Sony Xperia Z2 Leaks Ahead of MWC

With just a few days remaining for the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2014 to kick start, we are seeing plenty of leaks around the event.

The latest to join the ranks is Sony with its Xperia Z2 Tablet press shots that have now been spotted in the wild. The serial leaker @evelaks has posted an image of Sony Xperia Z2 that runs on Android 4.4 (KitKat) and is graced by brand new wallpaper.

In addition to the same, twitter user @GadgetLeaks too has managed to get its hands on the images of the said Sony Xperia Z2 tablet. In the pictures shared by him one has a white color variant of this tablet. In addition, one can also have a peek at the magnetic charging pins on the bottom of the tablet.

From the previous rumours it is speculated that the Sony Xperia Z2 will have 10.1-inch HD (1920 x 1200 pixels) WUXGA display. It will be powered by a 2.3 GHz quad-core Snapdragon 800 processor along with 3GB of RAM. The tablet will run on Android 4.4 (KiKat) and will pack in 6,000 mAh battery.

The first iteration of Sony Xperia tablet was lauded for its design but the Indian reviewers felt that it was a bit overpriced. At this stage, we are curious on what will be the reaction to its successor as it goes on display at the MWC 2014. [Phoneareana via @evleaks and @gadgetleaks ]
