BlackBerry Celebrates Valentine's Day, Offers Free Apps To BB10 Users
It's a month of love and the Canadian smartphone maker BlackBerry seems to be in a lovely mode. The company is launching an app giveaway for its loyal supporters in the form of app giveaway. Yeah, you have heard it right BlackBerry is all set to give a few premium apps for free, starting February 8.
Just like the giveaway in December, one app will be available for download to the BlackBerry 10 users for free from February 8 to 14, 2014.
The giveaway schedule is as follows:
8 February: Better Body Yoga
9 February: Call Recorder 10
10 February: Mega Emoji - Premium Messages Gadget
11 February: Talking Animated Smileys for BBM, WhatsApp and Line
12 February: Max Contact Manager
13 February: InstaVenue
14 February: Wallpaper Sky Pro
This giveaway is in addition to the "Best of EA Games" promotion that BlackBerry is running. This promotion enables all Asia Pacific users of BlackBerry 10 (except the BlackBerry Q5 users) to download a bundle of 15 popular games at no cost.
The games that are being offered in bundle include popular titles such as Plants vs. Zombies, Need for Speed Undercover, Tetris, YAHTZEE Adventures, The Game of Life, Monopoly Millionaire, et al. The EA giveaway lasts till February 19.
To take advantage of these exciting offers, all the BlackBerry 10 users need to do is visit BlackBerry World from their smartphone, tap on the respective promo and click on the "Free" button.
From the Valentine's Day giveaway, I am personally looking forward to three apps, Better Body Yoga, Call Recorder 10 and InstaVenue. I am beginner to Yoga and am intrigued to know how this app can help me. As a reporter I take a lot of interviews on the go and it will be really handy if I could now record the same. Lastly, InstaVenue as per CrackBerry is one of the best native apps and I can't wait to try it out.
